At Soshque, we want you to be completely satisfied with our Service. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for paid subscriptions.
All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. No payment is collected during the trial period, and you can cancel at any time before the trial ends without being charged. If you do not cancel before the trial period expires, you will be automatically enrolled in the paid plan and billed accordingly.
For monthly subscriptions, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial payment or any renewal payment if you are unsatisfied with the Service. After 7 days, no refunds will be issued for the current billing period, but you may cancel to prevent future charges.
For annual subscriptions, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial payment. After 30 days, you may request a prorated refund for the remaining unused months of your subscription, less a 10% administrative fee. Annual renewal payments are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the renewal date.

Please include your account email address and the reason for your refund request. We aim to process all refund requests within 5–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
The following are not eligible for refunds:
If you downgrade from a paid plan to a lower tier or the Free plan, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to your current plan's features until then. No partial refunds are issued for mid-cycle downgrades.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of paid services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
