We offer a free plan with limited features and free trials of paid plans. Free plans and trials may be modified or discontinued at our discretion. We are not obligated to maintain free services indefinitely.
The Service integrates with third-party social media platforms and other services. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.
The Service, including its design, features, code, and documentation, is owned by Soshque and protected by intellectual property laws. Our trademarks, logos, and brand elements may not be used without our prior written permission.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOSHQUE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason with reasonable notice. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Soshque is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or prominent notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
